NuWoof Shipping Policies
Thank you for shopping at NuWoof.
SECTION 1 - Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within the week it is placed, unless items are backordered or delayed with production. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to make alternative arrangements.
SECTION 2 - Shipping Information
Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Shipping method: Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, and local carriers may be chosen.
- Shipment cost: Varies depending on order amount, destination, and weight of packages. For orders between $100 - $400, flat rate shipping of $25 within Ontario. For orders over $400, free shipping within Ontario.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

- Shipment confirmation & order tracking options are available.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
SECTION 3 - Customs, Duties and Taxes
NuWoof is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
SECTION 4 - Damages
NuWoof is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
